They develop, they build, they finance, they property manage, they will have HAO, cleaning crew etc. etc. etc. so the subsidiary companies make money every step of the way.From investor perspective: The investor pay $15 K to reserve the right to purchase 25 multiplex over the year of next 5 years. 5 each year.

That is just what I am seeing personally, and I work with investors all over the country. 

For example I would take a 7% return over your product all day long.  

Or do I just do my best over traditional messaging. hopefully that all makes sense and I appreciate anybody's feedback! 

(Anything over 45-60 days is overkill and they are just trying to bide their time.

I have a complex next to mine that has over a hundred units, some do very well some dont and you can point to their decor right away as a differentiator.

They cannot continue a lawsuit on your behalf if you have not authorized it.I would send them a short demand:"You have five business days to stop the lawsuit and turn over all documents, funds, and anything else pertaining to my property.
