I currently live in Minneapolis, MN and was wondering if there are any RE Investors around looking for someone who is dedicated, educated, loyal, and a quick learner to perhaps become a part of thier team.

The numbers work out better than paying a property management company.I don't know what GSI, PSI and deferred maintenance means, but I'm a fast learner and can get that info quickly or tell you if I have an explanation of the terms.

The podcasts are great but if you're a hands on learner we would recommend finding a mentor and going to the local REIA meetings in your area which you can usually find on facebook.

I'm grasping the ideas and feel this is something I could manage, but, Reading is one thing I'm a visual learner.
