Bird Dog/ Property Locater looking for investor!

Hi, Im a brand new prospecting REI. After months of researching and learning about the different aspects of REI I thought I would try starting. I am looking for someone to train me to learn how to find bargain properties/ forclosure properties in any neighborhood. I currently live in Minneapolis, MN and was wondering if there are any RE Investors around looking for someone who is dedicated, educated, loyal, and a quick learner to perhaps become a part of thier team. I know bieng a bird-dog is pretty much all the ***** work for any serious wholesaler or flipper but I currently do not have any capital to start myself so I figured I could sell my persistence and time to learn from the initial experience and make a couple small bucks to get me started. I just joined this forum so I also wanted to say hi to everyone here and forgive me if I am not following standard procedure. Thanks for your time! =)
