Tenants cannot flush these down the toilet, because they greatly expand if they are immersed with water.

The podcasts on here are awesome, def worth immersing yourself in as you continue to learn.

However, I'm doing my due diligence and just spending a ton of time learning and immersing myself in all things real estate.  

I'd recommend immersing yourself in podcasts, books, and deal analysis for a few months and you will come back a lot more comfortable (and with more specific questions).  

I have totally immersed myself into BP, feeling a little overwhelmed but reading all the post listening to all the super successful people on this site is helping.

I'm trying to immerse myself in the real estate world as much as possible. 

For whatever it's worth, I think one of the most valuable things you could do at this point in your journey is to continue to educate yourself and immerse yourself around other investors, whether that be thru local meetups, or in a mastermind community. 

Try to immerse yourself in the learning phase as much as possible.
