What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Cash flow has always intrigued me and buying and holding small multi families can bring just that.

That's awesome you got this right off of the MLS with an fha loan for asking. That can be really tough in certain markets as cash buyers have the leverage. Do you need to complete any renovations or updates?
