I love 7019 gauntlet gray, 6258 tricorn black and bright white combo.  

When the materials are not purchased by the contractor - the whole situation sits in a gray area.  

My thoughts were to paint the walls a medium to lighter gray color and do the trim a white color.

This is our place on the corner, the front is light gray Dryvit/EIFS (stucco) and the side is two different colors of brick.

I alternated gray and blue to separate the units from each other.  

Yes I heard the same from another investor with the maintenance and sneaky addon charges being a grey area if not monitored or setting the rules upfront.Will have to get over there when I can and network with the PM's  Are these actually sneaky ad on's or gray areas in reality?

This doesnt even sound like a gray area to me, its 100% black and white.

For some reason it was grayed out on the calculator not letting me fill it in so I mentally factored it in at the end.I calculated the $210k offer based off the balance of $150k plus the 53k  lein = 203k  leaving the owner with $7k so they wouldn't be walking away empty handed- again if I did the number correctly.

@Ken Latchers what’s your game plan for emptying the black and gray water tanks?

I really am looking to the BP community for their responses because this seems like a very gray area.
