@Hans Baldau Greenville is exploding and they expect the population to go through the roof in the next 10 years.  

Exploded the ACL and tore the MCL.  

CoC in general isn't great as prices have exploded due to lack of demand in the last 12 months.

Obviously real estate is risky but Miami is certainly exploding right now and a flip might be a very lucrative project.  

@Ray Watkins The SE Valley, San Tan Valley, Florence, and Apache Junction will be exploding with growth for the next 20 years or so if all goes as planned.

As most of you have seen, housing prices in the Phoenix Metro area have exploded recently and I'm worried I will get priced out of the market.I started to look at listings in areas outside of Phoenix for single and multifamily properties, but don't know which markets are as strong as where I'm at.

The market is really hot right now so I may be better off selling and taking the cash and reinvesting in a part of the state that hasnt already exploded the way the Austin area has.

I have a duplex and triplex in Ft Myers for the last 3 years and they are my 7th and 8th rentals that I have owned but sold the others to get these two.The market in lee/collier county (Ft Myers / Cape Coral / Naples) has exploded again and living in Jacksonville now I feel it’s better to invest the cash I have up here.

We have two properties in the Greenville area, which is now also exploding (sitting between Atlanta and Charlotte).

In fact, I am seeing rents just exploding in all areas of our city.
