No one really advertises this, but you do and can lose money investing in real estate.Perhaps when there are more defaults, etc that hit the mainstream media, the risks will become more apparent. 

Get your social media profiles up, and make them look professional.

I've been working as a marketer/ social media manager for four years.I'm new to real estate investment but have been educating myself with Bigger Pockets and books.

Listen to podcasts, read/listen to books, follow some of the main STR industry operators on social media, go to conferences, network with those in the STR industry, and make connections with other STR operators in your area.

I have gathered information from the association, classes I’ve attended over the past couple of weeks, the media, Youtube videos, and a host of other sources.

I have not had any problems and my electronic payments come in earlier and on time more often than the check payments every month hands down.

I've created a VA POD so that I can easily scale from 1 to many with a pool of Top Gun VA's - call center, set appointments, cold call, project coordination, social media, SOP development,  etc. 

Social media can also be super helpful, general posts to your sphere or joining local community groups. 

Now, 45% of investors believe the economy could head toward stagflation.Now, does this mean we are headed to a crash, bang, scary, violent, bad, awful, wrong, impossible, disastrous, hate, worst, hell…. fill in the media headline hyperbole…problem?

I am on countless FB groups, social media, etc and it is a slow process.
