If you are looking for something overseas on a budget check out onlinejobs.ph is a popular one for VAs if you are looking to interview/hire a VA yourself. There are agencies that upcharge - I have had success with myoutdesk.
I recommend keeping bookkeeping in the States. Real estate tends to be balance sheet heavy and you want a bookkeeping company that specializes in real estate.
