Location is prime and has lots of water, wild life, fish, birds.

It is a real log cabin, it has privacy, acreage, and you can fish off the back porch.  

I am new to the world of real estate investing, and hoping to broaden my knowledge over the next few years before buying my first property (still trying to convince my husband to buy a duplex as our first home and rent out half).

So long story short, I am hoping to cut out one more person, get a better introduction to the industry and potentially broaden my network by being more technically competent in the industry.

I know I want to broaden my knowledge on the construction aspects of real estate, but my ultimate goal is to be a real estate agent into my twenties and eventually start doing my own deals.
