Hi! I am a 24 year old electrical engineer living in Royal Oak, MI with my husband. 

I am new to the world of real estate investing, and hoping to broaden my knowledge over the next few years before buying my first property (still trying to convince my husband to buy a duplex as our first home and rent out half). I am most interesting in rental properties at the moment. My dream would be to flip houses eventually. 

Looking for people to connect with in my area to learn more about the industry!
