Free version takes longer for rent to deposit, but I like the interface.

This app allows for returning guests to just call or email and we can book them through this app plus it has a great interface, syncs with multiple platforms, sends reports and helps to keep high ranking on airbnb.

The mortgage brokers I am familiar with work primarily with (or exclusively with) the GSE (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, ...) underwriting criteria (was DU before, not sure if that is the main interface now) and virtually 100% of them sell off the loan at closing. 

@James WilliamsonIf you are familiar with AutoCad, there are alternative free CAD software tools that pretty do the same thing with pretty much the same interface...

You also have to oversee the work of all the subs and service providers to (the common areas of) the property and be the interface between them and the tenants.

I love the customizability of Hubspot as well as its interface and integration potential.

@David PanovIf you are talking about the pre-licensing course, I'm not sure if there is a difference other than the interface/presentation used.
