Hi all, what’s your strategy in listing property for rent? Do you list the property in one platform like Zillow or multiple websites? What’s your preferred way of collecting rent? Thank you!

Do you list the property in one platform like Zillow or multiple websites?

You don't have to list on multiple sites because once it is on 1 site it should usually get picked up in all other sites that are used in your area, but try to search for the website that is mostly used in your area, btw zillow started charging for rental listings.

P.S. If you have groups that don't speak English then write something in that language as well to make them feel comfortable to reach out to you.

If you have A few rentals then use an online platform such as cozy rental (free) or rent manager etc.

But see what works for your tenants, some might only pay at the door and some want to pay online through their app etc.
