Best Online Realtor Course
What would be the best online realtor course to take?
If there is a difference between all of them.

Honestly, wouldn't know. I'm only licensed in NJ and only needed to take the course once. You do realize that the course material is geared towards passing the State exam is more about laws and regulations, right? Its been discussed many times on BP (which I know its hard to search on BP which is why I am bringing it up) that the coursework pretty much teaches you nothing about actually being and working as a real estate, right? You either have a steep learning curve or have a background/natural talent for sales, experience with how real estate agent should conduct themselves (e.g. worked with them before perhaps), etc...
