After the third letter it moves to the next one which apparently not many people hit but I assume means they get threatened to be kicked off the program. 

I know the latter is being threatened but refer back to natural resources. 

Threatened a scathing review (we have over 500, 5-star reviews for this property alone). 

They always pretend to be confused and just want us to send someone.7) Some will cause damages that S8 won't require to be fixed, but will threaten to move if you don't fix it.

How BiggerPockets, @Alexandra Hughes Pailet, and @Katie Miller went with the flow as the weather threatened (and did) to disrupt all of our outdoor events, travel, and transportation.

I did great rehab that added a lot of value (it is what I do). one party no longer liked the deal and threatened to get a lawyer.  

The seller threatened to put the property back on the market if we don't close in 6 days and the lender is not giving me assurances. 

They were charging another homes repairs to my home and wasn’t caught until I threatened legal action.I reached out to the new person who was managing my property to inquire about a lease renewal for my tenants and make it clear I needed to increase the rent to cover expense increases on the house.

Threatening to report to Airbnb, etc. 

Not so much life-threatening, but rent threatening.
