However, what a real store can offer is an "experience" for its patron, something very hard to offer online (yeah, we all know forums are way cool, especially BP, but nothing beats actual face-to-face interaction).

Hi Jonathan,I read through your post and I think there's nothing wrong with incentivizing employees to ask every patron for reviews.

It's not like attendees are pre-paying a fortune for a ticket to attend, but being a patron of the establishment is always a nice way to help keep our local businesses above water until the environment calms down.

When oil starts going over 100 a barrel it affects the economy and spending and most people's money is going into filling gas tanks instead of patronizing other businesses.

Maybe the food will become more expensive to accommodate less Patrons?

With talks of the economy taking off a little but sputtering again office could take another hit from it's small recovery versus other more vital trades.People would like an office outside their house but they do not need it versus a restaurant for example where you need a space to sell to patrons in many cases.
