Is It Too Early To Host In-Person Meetups?
Hi Everyone,
We were hosting 3 monthly meetups on the Northshore in Massachusetts (Lowell, Woburn, and Salem) Pre-Covid. Our last in-person meetup was on 3/12 but we were getting a little over 60 attendees. We moved everything online since March but it is just not the same as the in-person meetups.
We polled our e-mail list and received very split responses about starting the in-person ones again. As of right now we're planning on having an in-person one in Londonderry NH on Wednesday 7/22 (southern NH between Nashua and Manchester) and then a virtual meetup on Thursday to accommodate both groups based on location and comfort level. Do you think this is a good idea?
The in-person meetup will be outside on a large patio so people can spread out, we have plenty of hand sanitizer, and we're recommending that everyone wears masks. I was thinking of doing name tags with "investor type" (Househacker, BRRRR, Fix & Flip, Buy and Hold, etc) on it so people can co-mingle and talk in small groups to those interested in similar strategies. Assuming we hold the in-person meetup is there anything else we should be doing to keep people feeling safe?
Here are the links to the meetups:

7/23 – Virtual Meetup - https://bit.ly/2CbNYk8
Thank you for any feedback or responses.
Best,
Jon
