Just explain your future plans and ask them whether there are zoning impediments.Most zoning offices offer access to a GIS system that shows land use restrictions but I have found that it can be a little confusing to read with overlapping restrictions in some areas.

You would just talk about your other properties in the third person which would create some overlap, but more content (if done right).When they get to your site, have them immediately choose to head to/from the blog to the appropriate business site.
