I'm currently househacking a nice little duplex here in Pocatello which has been a great introduction with a lot of "on the fly" learning.My goal is to acquire small multifamily properties from Southeastern Idaho to Northern Utah, eventually scaling to larger multifamily.

Welcome to BP @Steven Tierney ..great introduction..As @Shaun Reilly mentioned, i would suggest going to the Black Diamond Event in Waltham..i consider myself a beginner as well, and i learn a lot every time i go..Best of luck in searching for leads..it's is very difficult in the beginning but you have to create a marketing plan (a combination of direct mail, website, driving for dollars etc)
