If you use PEX (which I suggest because it will not busy when it freezes) then after your valve just sleeve it through the concrete and go to your next available "good" threaded fitting and connect it.

I like #4 the best though, but I'm a control freak and not afraid to roll my sleeves up :)

It is cold weather and it's completely normal for people to put a sweater on, or at least long sleeves (like I did for the first time in our home today).  

So stop, drop and roll up your sleeves.

Baby powdering your exposed skin (use a lot) and covering up with long sleeves are totally worth it on the prevention side.
