also confused about your logical contortions of charging more rent for pets  but not really because you are possessed of great moral fortitude or some other non sequitur.  

I hope it provides the original poster some mental fortitude as it has done for so many others (myself certainly included).

That said, you can obviously do it if you have the patience and fortitude to push through regardless what the world throws at you and you would get punches, dodged or taken in the face.

You don't make national policy based on the fact that some people freak out and can't handle reality because they have no fortitude.

When that WHY is powerful enough it can give you the strength and fortitude to overcome anything.

I think after November no matter who is in we see that fortitude dissolve.

I've listened to the podcasts, read the books, etc but either didn't have the time because I was so busy running my dental practice or didn't have the testicular fortitude/confidence to really get started.
