seeking for step-by-step information on real estate wholesaling
Hii, i'm new here and very new to real estate. No previous experience. I spent quite few hours looking after the most comprehensive information I can find online, found many big names and after reviewing them found out that part of them asking few thousands but reviews are not great, other ones found more as scammers that changing the brand/course name .
I'm trying to find self education or affordable course of step-by-step where i can learn everything about REAL ESTATE WHOLESALING, starting the fundamentals and leads to purchase and selling.

@Ilana Dan First of all, good job for doing your homework. There are a ton of scammers and over priced gurus out there that will charge you thousands of dollars. Be careful about over educating. At some point you have to say ok I am going to get started.
Bigger pockets has a ton of information and resources. There is a great book called If you cant wholesale after this then Ive got nothing for you. Thats as close to a step by step guide that you are going to get.
