He renovated a property for me in Dania Beach last year and is currently doing my friend's house in Fort Lauderdale.

We use zillow (Not the Z Estimate)- You can set zillow up to only pull up recently solds3.

Our market in Sarasota FL I have found direct mail letters to work pretty well and we are a large retirement community, the retirement community responds better to snail mail than millennial and gen-z generation for sure. 

The latest Z Wave radios use about 9.9mw.

As I mentioned in prior posts, someone is going to lose - its either the Gen Z's who cannot afford to buy a house and crush the majority of their generation from building wealth through real estate home ownership (again BP would make you think everyone in the world is real estate investors, but less than 10% of people are real etate imvestors.) 

Hey everyone, I am looking for information about Florida market, seeing how the houses are so pricy (Dania beach, Hollywood, Miami area) what would be the best strategy to start a STR with out having to fork out all my savings in one property.
