It's very complimentary to what I'm already doing and creates small monthly payments for me in the form of notes whereas my development yields large payouts at the end of projects. 

Considering partnering with someone with complimentary skill set sounds like the best option but there are so many scammers out there... also not quite privileged enough to have close relationships with those in a position to offer private investment opportunities at this time.

The professions are wonderfully complimentary.

Property Management isn't easy and requires a lot of units just to make it worth your time, but once you cross the mark of having enough units, it can be a solid, complimentary business to your rental properties. 

John, I use a "2-page" Lease-to-Own agreement, plus I also include a "Complimentary Payment Schedule" for my tenant-buyer's "convenience and record-keeping".
