Hi Everyone,

New to REI, have been educating myself during the past several months with podcasts and books. Currently pseudo-househacking by renting a room in my house, soon (hopefully) the lower level as well. The goal being to build up funds/reserves for buy and hold properties.

Big fan of BP and all the wisdom being spread, hopefully one day I can contribute.

Would be very interested in connecting with others with similar or complimentary interests, either local or remote.
