Atomic habits was a favourite habit forming one of mine, as well as the 5 second rule!

@Chinyere Orie, I'm currently reading Atomic Habits. 

I’d expect to pay 5-6% gross or minimum $2500 a month and you may be able to get that from a non-REIT storage manager like Atomic, SAM, Absolute Management, etc.

I think every new investor should read Atomic Habits. 

Ozone basically "burns" the smells by latching one of the 3 oxygen atoms onto anything that is organic. 

I would read one more REI book like Millionaire Real Estate Investor focus on personal development with Rich Dad Poor Dad, Atomic Habits, Richest Man in Babylon, and The Go-Giver.
