Does anyone have a good a recommendation for 3rd party self storage management in the Central Texas area?

@David Ferrette I don’t, sorry. That’s probably too small for most of the larger operators.

Don’t select a ‘property management firm’ that specializes in residential as it’s entirely different and they won’t get that.

I'd expect to pay 5-6% gross or minimum $2500 a month and you may be able to get that from a non-REIT storage manager like Atomic, SAM, Absolute Management, etc.

Might see if any of them have any in the area.
