Ended 2020 with 3 closings. What are your 2021 goals?

In the midst of a pandemic I decided to dive head first into a real estate career. I have an insurance broker background as I have been in the business for over 10 years and i figured since the pandemic slowed things down in the insurance field , i had to find something new to venture out to ; As a rookie i was able to close on 3 multi unit properties between May and December. It was a bit of a challenge with how things are these days and the closings took a bit longer than expected but over all , it got done.

In 2021 my goal is to purchase 5 properties using the BRRRRR strategy. And 3 to 4 turn key properties or properties with minimal work needed.

Being a single mom to two young boys my goals are big but my motivation is even bigger. Im determined to give my children the financial freedom they deserve and in 2021 I’m going to do just that.
