Sorry if some of this is TMIIn a nutshell, We own an adorable 3/2 about 1400 sq ft home with an even more adorable tiny house/guest home/ADU 200 sq ft 1 bath "studio" type place with kitchen, sleeping loft (1st one in county) in a sleepy coast side community south of SF that we need to sell.

The bogus ones, well, they are counting on the landlord just rolling over and not doing their due diligence.I love dogs and I have always held there are no bad or evil dogs, the problem is always the owner and trainer.Having said that, you must comply with the law but so must the person claiming their adorable pooch is a service dog and not just their pet or watchdog.
