Changes to listing your properties on Zillow Rental Manager beginning March 31, 2020

Over the last year, we’ve invested in continuing to provide the largest rental network* for landlords and property managers to fill their vacancies and in building a full suite of features — including tenant screening and payments — to help you manage your rental properties. To continue delivering an excellent experience, beginning on March 31, listing properties in Vermont with Zillow Rental Manager will cost $9.99 per week per listing. Your first listing is free** — this change will start with your second listing. Rental listings will continue to automatically post to Zillow, Trulia and HotPads, and you will only be charged while your properties are actively listed for rent.
