I bought the last one 50K below asking because the seller was overpricing the property.... but still had a bidding war to deal with at 50K under asking, funny isn't it :) I have properties in Portugal and I do not love to leave 100% of the management to the property Manager.

Which frankly, the Germans can easily afford - and frankly - they need to pay because out of the European project they've done the best out of it, much to the decline of nearly everyone else.The problem is that if Greece goes bust, then Italy/Spain/Portugal/Ireland are all in such dire financial straits, that people might start bailing on those economies as well.

I sold my house with people living in it.Here in Portugal there is a clause in the contract where you have to send a registered letter to the tenent(s) and they have to show the house.
