How does the Infrastructure look in the 5 mile radius or up to the closest CBD/City?

I'm in the Louisville KY msa, office in the cbd has higher vacancy and hasn't recovered especially b and c product. 

I've seen a rather appreciable price hike, but I'm in a downtown area/CBD.

So I assume there would be less chance to increase rent compared to past 2-3 years. option 1: Better location or ideally best location CBD to fight against recession.I am considering purchasing 4+ plex in 32204, possibly 32205 location.

interesting @Jack Bobeck thanks for sharing.If down town is mooving in to the right direction I would think that the east side of CBD called Urban core will follow.What's your take on that?
