So I assume there would be less chance to increase rent compared to past 2-3 years. option 1: Better location or ideally best location CBD to fight against recession.I am considering purchasing 4+ plex in 32204, possibly 32205 location.

@Patrick Flanagan yes when I mention those cities, I'm really talking about the entire metropolitan area around those cities, and I'd actually steer clear of CBD in most instances.I'm not a fan of tertiary markets that aren't part of an MSA with at least 500-600k people, but definitely love the idea of getting good cash flow now and some nice upside as development comes your way.
