The triple digits and humidity is my weapon when I race in Pikes Peak against Colorado folks that run on mountains daily.  

If you get out the door at around 5:15 AM and jump on the mass Pike you can drive to Boston in 50-60 minutes reliably.

Right now, I'm in the exploration phase where I'm specifically looking to house hack a duplex or triplex in Middletown, Bear, Newark, Hockessin, North Star, Pike Creek, or Greenville.

Will there be incentive programs coming down the pike.....? 

I just purchased a property off of Hixson Pike and what I originally thought was a French drain issue has now evolve to need some excavating along the back and side of my new property.

We rent out rooms on airbnb but we're an hour plus NE of Columbus (Pike County).Any location of Airbnb will get "some" business.

Life companies are still game but definitely tightening the guidelines and requirements.It will be interesting to see how office and retail sector change through this and the real effects on the CMBS markets with the inevitable defaults coming due the pike.
