What areas in VA are on the up and up?

With the Amazon HQ2 move to Crystal City projected for 2023, what housing markets appear to be heating up in VA? I feel like now is a good time to look for a single family buy and hold or duplex/triplex before Amazon rolls in and creates a surplus of jobs in the area. Thoughts?

@Gregory Cudzilo I’m going to include Hampton Roads in this thread. Of course we have a strong military and industrial economy, but also Amazon just bought a large parcel in Suffolk.
