(Ours were standard evictions and concluded normally - these were evictions filed in February which were delayed due to COVID-19)However I did witness an eviction also filed BEFORE the CARES Act which DID receive Sect 8 income and the magistrate moved to dismiss the case...in his own words "To my knowledge the case must be dismissed due to the CARES Act".

I’m sure I am not alone in witnessing reorganization every 2 to 3 years, but the end results were always focused on cutting out the human “waste” and maximizing what could be done with less people for the same hourly wages.

With a professional career in real estate investment and management in the small investor space, I have had the privilege to witness many pivots to the industry. 

Being said, you MUST perform a thorough screening background check equally and fair on ALL applicants the EXACT same way to avoid being accused of discrimination.  

Do you have any witnesses to back you on this?  

I would try to find out from the police if anyone said they saw someone there earlier or witnessed anything that might indicate that the robbery happened on that date.
