Put it this way: my professional is an expert witness in credit-related litigation, testifies before Congress, recites the FCRA, FDCPA and other legislation as well as case law from memory, quotes the congressional record the way others quote The Bible and sits on 12 credit industry committees, 5 of which he chairs.If you think you're more qualified than him to repair your credit, go for it.

Having been interviewed and quoted as saying things I never said...having been at events reported and found the report was so different from what I witnessed, I wondered if I had some double I of whom I was unaware;  I wondered if I was really at the event at all.I've seen the "man behind the curtain".News is in the business of garnering viewership/readership to sell advertising.

I've been an expert witness in construction fraud and owner/management abuse and bullying issues for over 2 decades and have testified against abusive landlords on countless occasions and have yet to see them come out on the winning end.

I would agree wit David Tipton and add that it would also depend on the property itself and how the numbers look.

From what I witnessed ( and of course I did not sit through 100% of it) however I think any regulator would have a very hard time convicting any of these particular guys of any wrong doing.

I have flown onto Taku Glacier and witnessed Humpback whale breech as well as Orca hunts.

This isn't a murder trial with witnesses etc.
