Hello there! My name is Cassandra, but I go by Cassie. I have worn many different hats in my short 25 years of life. I have always been a busy body that was never content with what I had. I have been a receptionist, make up artist, sales assistant, general manager, Sales and Marketing Coordinator and even a Preschool teacher, ages 3-5 . I lived in Florida until i was 22 and moved to Juneau, Alaska where I can say I gained the majority of my adult life experience. I lived in Alaska for 2 years and saw incredible things and did magnificent bucket list adventures. I have hiked Admiralty Island, which has the biggest population of Grizzly Bears in the world. I have trekked Mendenhall Glacier and I have been inside the Ice Caves myself which then collapsed 2 months later. I have flown onto Taku Glacier and witnessed Humpback whale breech as well as Orca hunts. Northern lights were the most impressive in my book. This was all magnificent and incredible. Many people don't have the opportunity to witness such an amazing place. However, Being born and raised in Miami Florida, moving to Alaska was a life changing move. I thought that this change was going to open up my doors financially in a way that I couldn't do myself in Florida.

Growing up as a first generation American, and with a single mother, I was expected to excel in school and to get a career. I did not finish my degree, nor do I have the intention to finish it. I believe college has become a business rather then an opportunity. I have understood and realized that financial freedom lies in what YOU  as a person believe you are capable of achieving with mental preparation and hard work. 

I have been toying with the idea of Real Estate for years. I never thought I would be in this position right now with an incredible opportunity and motivation to start immediately. I have read and seen stories of success which have not only blown my mind but made me realize what an incredible career path to take. I have been listening to Sean Terry's Podcasts and I am currently reading Than Merrill's - Real Estate Wholesale Bible. 

I am here to be successful and to learn as much as I can from my new community. I am willing to learn, discuss, and question anything that I might not understand. This is a new and exciting world that I cannot wait to experience and live in. I hope to make great friends and connections along the way. I am a great student and hungry with ambition. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
