One hint, always make sure the dal works & makes sense:)

Nowhere is there any hint that their management software company is in business to help the owner make and retain rent money.

Where in Florida are you located and what are you trying to accomplish with real-estate investing, there's a lot of helpful hints on here.

What really screwed them was when they started hinting around at how they knew we didn't want them to stay and how they could make things easier on us all if we might 'help' them out.

If they don't like it, they can keep you from it, ask what the minimum sq ft is for a residential lot, then, if in a subdivision you'll have setback lines front, rear and sides as Darlena hinted at, along with any plat restriction and covenants, conditions and restrictions if applicable.

I travel for a living so I can hop on a plane if need be *hint hint*Should I join REIA?
