So right now I am on the sidelines scanning for the right opportunities that makes money on day 0.

The masses are on the sidelines (and not happy about it).  

They’d like to recycle their money into a different project every 90 to 120 days. 2.I have another funding partner who believes that short-term projects can make high returns, but that money will sit on the sidelines between projects earning zero.

Armchair investing like armchair politics is just another way of saying that I have enjoyed sitting on the sideline watching the rest of the world go by and occasionally throwing out my 2 cents based off of shoty information and speculation knowing just enough to get into trouble but not enough to get out of said trouble.

You can still watch from the sidelines and learn a lot without the risk.  

I want to take action and not sit on the sidelines, but I also hear that you need to find your niche and stick to it.

I won't put myself in a bad situation but there are a lot of entities out there that are driving the prices up and I can't sit on the sidelines forever. 

Sorry for the long intro but I've decided it's time to take action, get off the side line and become active in the forums.

After many years of sitting on the sidelines I am finally ready and in a position to start my investing career.
