My First Investment. Chester PA - I'm Herrrre!
Investment Info:
Single-family residence other investment in Chester.
Purchase price: $12,000
Cash invested: $2,600
Property burnt in a fire. Decided to get into it so I can do all the rehab myself at a slow pace.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Just tired of sitting on the sidelines and wanted some personal experience to test myself.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Found it via a wholesaler in one of my Facebook groups. Didn't have the full cash to lock it down and negotiated some creative financing with timed payments.
How did you add value to the deal?
Still haven't completed it.
What was the outcome?
The outcome will be growth. That's it. Nothing fancy, no amazing profit. I'll probably lose money on this one, but I'll be gaining experience that talking and watching can't replicate.
