Hello everyone. My name is Thomas Johnson and I'm loving bigger pockets. Looking to start my real estate investing in the Memphis Tn area. I have rented my primary residence a few years back for about 3 years. Loved seeing the cash flow every month. Now it's time to be serious with my investing. I'm an IT guy working downtown at Raymond James Financial. Surrounded by people that know how to make money in their sleep. Real estate will be my long term investment to build wealth. I listen to the BP podcasts and read all books you guys recommend. I'm looking to build long lasting relationships with like-minded individuals. Sorry for the long intro but I've decided it's time to take action, get off the side line and become active in the forums. Glad to be here !!
