New Investor Relocating to Chattanooga!
Hello everyone!
My name is Josh, I am 29 years old, an air force veteran, and current defense contractor. I will soon be relocating from North Carolina to the Chattanooga area in Tennessee. After many years of sitting on the sidelines I am finally ready and in a position to start my investing career. So far, my only real estate experience has been slow flips of my primary residences, taking advantage of the VA loan program. However, in the next few months I am interested in branching out and purchasing buy and hold rental properties, preferably small MF or SF homes. I am hoping to meet some like-minded people and start to learn more about my new area. If anyone has any suggestions/recommendations/advice I am more than happy to listen! Thanks!

@Josh Marrs and @Paul Leavitt Welcome! We have a local Investor Happy Hour on the 4th Thursday of every month. I'm still working out the details on where this month so check the events page in a couple of days. We usually have about 30 local investors there.
