SLIM.And if you DO reach a person THAT motivated with your mailers, you need to hope and pray they only got YOUR mailer, and not 15 others.AND you have to hope and pray they won't go to internet to look up your mailer, or the idea YOU implanted into their head that there ARE people out there (cash buyers) that buy house sin cash... and they flocking to internet to find one thanks to YOUR precious mailer.

It doesn't replace the need to keep P&Ls for each deal, but saves a ton of admin/paperwork repetitiveness for your CPA come tax time, thereby saving you dollars.In terms of your umbrella policy question, you would get a single policy that covers you, your spouse/kids, your vehicles, pets, jewelry, home, rentals, risk exposure, etc.
