Help! I bought a home for $99k that probably has $99k worth of goods inside (antiques, art, jewelry, guns, collectibles, etc). If I piece it out, I’m sure I’d make a killing but that would take time I have very little of. There is almost too much stuff to run an effective estate sale and I worry great things will go under the radar. Has anyone had this great problem and if so, how did you deal with it?  Any suggestions are appreciated. I want to start on the house but it is filled with stuff, 80% of it is quality stuff.
