I mean of course I can outsource and really crank it up but I was just wondering if some people keep a side job for fun and to get out !

Instead of turning heavily toward automation, you may do better by outsourcing.

When I used to do it all myself (now I outsource it to a guy here on BP) I did a couple test pages until everything was lined up, playing around with the margins and what not.

With that said, we normally do flips in areas that attract middle class buyers and it works for them.Maybe in higher end areas the staging is outsourced more?

Outsource your letters, don't worry so much about price work with someone that can help guide you and will answer your questions along the way.  

While more management intensive than other asset classes you can outsource this and be relatively hands off.  

@Theo Hicks Finding properties in the AO with the SOS is a great idea and this is something that can be easily outsourced to a virtual assistant that can be found on upwork.Jim---when you say mid-large size apartments...what range are you specifically looking for as far as $$$ and # of doors?

Someday I might buy a home here (which cost only a fraction of similar homes in Silicon Valley), but for the time being, I enjoy outsourcing the property management projects to a landlord.

Or did you offer that service, and outsource those tasks to someone else?

Wondering if I should outsource the property searches or keep hitting the ground myself.
