Is there a need for this in the market?
So I posted on here an Idea a while back. From that post, I got my first customer!
The idea is this ~
PROBLEM:
-Investors can’t trust contractors.
-Investors have too much on their plate to know the status of all of their properties.
What solves all real estate problems? Delegation!
So I proposed I take status updates for (primarily) out of state investors.
The Bigger Pockets member used my service 4 times and he said it gave him peace of mind being an out of state investor.
A third party service bridging the gap in trust from REI to Contractor.
I’d love to be a delegating factor in the real estate market.
Do you think this has potential? Where do I find leads? Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Tyler C
