The landlord shall not abuse the right of access or use it to harass the tenant.

My suggestion as the listing broker stop harassing the sellers before they get a restraining order. 

Now, if you offer to knock off $50 if they pay early, you can avoid making unreasonable and harassing payment demands.  

Just received a summons that I harassed her and now I need to go to go to court.  

All this to say that I can probably fill the units with people in my network who will gladly trade a shared bathroom for peace of mind renting from someone they trust not to harass or micro manage them, invade their personal space, not allow them to get mail, or generally make them feel unwelcome, l which is the main complaint nurses seem to have about the MTR operators. 

Here I received 1 section 8 potential.My Objectives from the beginning were as follows:A) My objective is to rent to professionals who commute to the city, moderate income brackets,  and are not section 8.B) Crime is a factor so I am looking for an area where crime, harassment and safety of my tenants is not something i need to worry about beyond the usual petty theft.C) My wife wants to property manage the property and her safety is worth more than the risk of a bad neighborhood.

Stalking and harassing is not legal, but it is legal to take photos and document rule breaking.
