Hi All - This is a funny request but my fiancé and I recently did an exercise together where we wrote down 10 things we are grateful for, 5 goals of ours for the next two years, and 5 goals of ours for the next five years.

How was their responsiveness and flexibility?

I will self manage and dont need a lot of cashflow.

I knew the good and not so good areas.

Now I’m looking into the Detroit and Ohio areas (Toledo, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus) since they seem to have growing populations and affordable properties under $200k as well.  

Or should we sign the contract now and set the execution date for two weeks later?
