Two years ago, I lost a HUD house to a higher bidder, but only after my bid was accepted/rejected (frustrating story that was 100% my fault) on its own.Comparing the two situations, I now realize the recent bid was actually a FreddieMac house, not listed on the HUDhomestore website as the one was two years ago.

His frustration is now "Im done with you (meaning me) after this project is complete".... methinks this might be a two-way street assuming we part mutually adn the job is completed.Not going to name andy names yet as it hopefully will rectify itself, but I will post pictures, and all supporting materials for the world to see if it doesn't.

Where I am, they don't send inspectors around to verify people living in homes are related, they get reported by frustrated neighbors who call in.

We're certainly not there yet however.To sum up my frustration and the use of that dirty word GREED...I stand behind my use of the word, but a better way of putting it would have been to say that one should really consider their motives in scaling up as much as possible, even after they've attained significant scale.
